CEO & Co-Founder
Daniel Berlind is a real estate executive and the CEO of Snappt, a data-driven fraud detection software that instantly prevents financial fraud in the multi-family housing industry. In 2019, Dan co-founded Snappt after running his own property management company and noticing a significant industry-wide financial issue in the multi-family rental industry. As a result, he launched Snappt, which provides proprietary software that aids and streamlines the rental process by reducing bad debt, increasing asset value, and minimizing application review time. In addition to Snappt, Daniel serves as the President of Berlind Properties and oversees the portfolio management and daily activities.

Noah Goldman
COO & Co-Founder
Noah Goldman is the COO and Co-Founder of Snappt, an AI-enabled software that instantly prevents financial fraud in the multi-family housing industry. As a seasoned property manager, having owned and operated over 400 multi-family units in Southern California, Noah co-founded Snappt to solve a business problem he was deeply familiar with. Seeing and feeling the effects of rampant document fraud, Noah was unwilling to accept the status quo and set out to make a change within his own industry.

Evan Heuser
Chief Financial Officer
Evan Heuser is the CFO at Snappt. Evan brings 18+ years of experience from the multifamily and commercial real estate sectors, during which he has arranged and structured over $1.5B of debt and equity financing for clients ranging from small owner/operators to institutional investors/managers. Prior to joining Snappt, Evan served as an advisor for the company and leveraged his relationships with multifamily property owners to aid in the research and development of Snappt’s product offering at an early stage. Evan has also invested in and sometimes served an advisory role for several other growth-stage venture companies that have successfully raised funds from venture capital groups and angel investors.

Cliff Unger
Chief Revenue Officer
As Chief Revenue Officer, Cliff leads Snappt’s overall go-to-market strategy across marketing, sales, customer experience, and partnerships. His responsibilities include the execution of all activities related to both expansion and new business revenue.
Cliff joins Snappt from EverCommerce (EVCM), where he led commercial GTM and customer experience for their payments business, PaySimple. Prior to joining EverCommerce, Cliff held various senior leadership roles at early-stage through mature organizations, primarily in B2B SaaS and hardware, spanning a career of 20+ years. His professional passions are building revenue systems and processes that scale and driving a unified go-to-market strategy across the business.

Briana Ings
Chief Product Officer
As Chief Product Officer, Briana leads all of Snappt’s product development efforts across technology and product. She is responsible for setting Snappt’s product and growth strategy and bringing new product changes to market.
Briana brings a wealth of experience in scaling SaaS products across different industries. She joined Snappt from ClickUp, where she led the product team, developing and executing their product strategy. Before ClickUp, Briana led Product and Design at Snapdocs, where she scaled the team and moved the company from a single product to a multi-product company. Prior to that, she led the core Test and Learn Product at Applied Predictive Technologies, where she helped Fortune 500 companies make better business decisions. She has a technical background and a passion for building products that change industries.

Kyle Nelson
VP of Corporate Strategy
A PropTech industry veteran, Kyle has a proven track record in cultivating impactful partnerships and acting as a catalyst for business development across both startup companies and some of the world’s largest financial institutions serving the rental housing market. Prior to joining Snappt as Vice President in 2022, he held senior roles at Gartner, Experian, TransUnion, and PayLease (now Zego).
Kyle has extensive expertise in corporate strategy, innovation within the AI category and is passionate about exploring emerging technologies throughout the property management sector. As an active member of the early-stage venture capital community, he serves as a venture partner to multiple VC funds and syndicates. Kyle holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois and a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Florida.

Chris Neil is a growth-focused marketing executive with a track record of helping B2B SaaS and fintech companies scale, differentiate, and win in competitive markets. As Vice President of Marketing at Snappt, Chris leads go-to-market and demand generation strategy, focusing on solving a critical challenge in multifamily housing: the rise of sophisticated rental application fraud.
His experience spans nine companies, including two he founded, with successful outcomes ranging from acquisition to expansion, and lessons learned through the hard-earned realities of startup life. Prior to Snappt, Chris served as SVP & Interim CMO at Embroker, where he deepened his expertise in digital marketing, automation, and growth strategy. He has worked with companies backed by Insight Partners, Kleiner Perkins, Google Ventures, Goldman Sachs, Bee Partners, and FTV Capital, representing over $1 billion in combined market value.

Mark Gentile
VP of Sales
As Vice President of Sales at Snappt, Mark Gentile drives revenue growth and sales execution, helping multifamily operators prevent fraud and streamline the applicant screening process. With over 15 years of experience in SaaS sales across PropTech and FinTech, Mark is passionate about building high-performing teams and delivering impactful results.
Prior to Snappt, he held leadership roles at Zego and RealPage, where he partnered with top property owners to modernize operations and improve resident experiences. Mark is known for his strategic approach, strong client relationships, and ability to align teams around common goals. Mark holds degrees from Cal State Fullerton and Pepperdine’s Graziadio Business School.

Killian Brackey serves as Vice President of Engineering, overseeing Snappt’s technology strategy, innovation, and software development initiatives. Prior to joining Snappt, Killian served as CTO at Happy Money, where he led engineering, data intelligence, and IT teams to significantly enhance the company’s technological capabilities. He also co-founded Sezzle, serving as its CTO and guiding the fintech startup’s growth from inception to becoming a widely adopted payment method used by millions of consumers across tens of thousands of retailers, including both SMBs and Fortune 500 companies.
