With AI-driven technology, Snappt has analyzed over 13 million documents with 99.8% accuracy, setting the standard for fraud prevention in the industry.
Before joining Snappt, Hyde served as CEO of Venminder, a leader in third-party risk management software, until its acquisition by Ncontracts in 2024. Under his leadership, Venminder grew to serve 1,200+ customers across banking, insurance, technology, and healthcare, earning recognition as a Gartner Customers’ Choice and a Best Place to Work multiple times.
Prior to Venminder, Hyde played a key role in scaling FinTech and SaaS companies, including PayPal, Braintree, and Venmo, where he led revenue growth as SVP of Sales and helped transform Braintree from a startup to a global payment leader.

Daniel Berlind

Daniel Berlind is the Co-Founder and Executive Chairman at Snappt, a data-driven fraud detection and income verification software for the multifamily housing industry. In 2019, Dan co-founded Snappt after running his own property management company and noticing a significant industry-wide financial issue in the multi-family rental industry. As a result, he launched Snappt, which provides proprietary software that aids and streamlines the rental process by reducing bad debt, increasing asset value, and minimizing application review time. In addition to Snappt, Daniel serves as the President of Berlind Properties and oversees the portfolio management and daily activities.

Noah Goldman
Chief Operating Officer
Noah Goldman is the COO and Co-Founder of Snappt, an AI-enabled software that instantly prevents financial fraud in the multi-family housing industry. As a seasoned property manager, having owned and operated over 400 multi-family units in Southern California, Noah co-founded Snappt to solve a business problem he was deeply familiar with. Seeing and feeling the effects of rampant document fraud, Noah was unwilling to accept the status quo and set out to make a change within his own industry.

Evan Heuser is the CFO at Snappt. Evan brings 18+ years of experience from the multifamily and commercial real estate sectors, during which he has arranged and structured over $1.5B of debt and equity financing for clients ranging from small owner/operators to institutional investors/managers. Prior to joining Snappt, Evan served as an advisor for the company and leveraged his relationships with multifamily property owners to aid in the research and development of Snappt’s product offering at an early stage. Evan has also invested in and sometimes served an advisory role for several other growth-stage venture companies that have successfully raised funds from venture capital groups and angel investors.

A PropTech industry veteran, Kyle has a proven track record in cultivating impactful partnerships and acting as a catalyst for business development across both startup companies and some of the world’s largest financial institutions serving the rental housing market. Prior to joining Snappt as Vice President in 2022, he held senior roles at Gartner, Experian, TransUnion, and PayLease (now Zego).
Kyle has extensive expertise in corporate strategy, innovation within the AI category and is passionate about exploring emerging technologies throughout the property management sector. As an active member of the early-stage venture capital community, he serves as a venture partner to multiple VC funds and syndicates. He brings over 13 years of experience representing technology companies, owners, operators, and investors, having advised on more than a billion dollars in transactions spanning M&A, technology licensing, real estate acquisitions, venture capital, and debt and equity financing.
Prior to joining Snappt, Harry’s private practice focused on helping startups and other high-growth companies navigate competitive and regulated marketplaces. Known for a collaborative, consensus-driven approach, Harry partners closely with business leaders to align legal strategy with company priorities and help the company grow responsibly at scale.
