How It Works
Process Begins
Depending on your settings, the leasing team will change the status of the screening in RealPage to “Not Completed,” OR this setting will automatically be enabled
Email Sent
Snappt sends an automated email to the applicant and notifies the leasing team
Document Upload
The applicant uploads their documents via the document upload portal and the property is notified within the RealPage activity log
Review Results
The leasing team reviews the results in the Snappt portal – FDE Inbox
