Details:
Connected Payroll is currently unavailable. We’ve temporarily disabled this feature in the applicant experience due to a third-party infrastructure issue impacting service availability. All other Snappt services remain fully operational.
Root Cause:
The issue stems from a broader infrastructure disruption affecting one of our third-party partners, as well as other major websites and services.

Details:
At approximately 7:07 PM CST, our monitoring system detected issues with with the API connection to our IDV service provider. As a result, Snappt’s IDV service is currently unavailable within the Snappt platform. All other Snappt services, including fraud detection and income verification, remain fully operational.
Root Cause:
The incident was caused by a global AWS outage, which temporarily disrupted connectivity.
